Details of my crochet top "pattern" that's now been added to the platform
I've moved this "pattern" over from my old website ... all free content apart from the YouTube videos, will now require a login. I know it's probably too late but this is part of the ongoing process of removing all my free content to protect myself from being plagiarized by AI.
It's still FREE but requires you to sign-up for my newsletter. I'm pretty inconsistent with newsletters so no need to be worried that you'll be bombarded.
Back in August 2016, on a trip to a beautiful Norwegian island, I bought some gorgeous DK linen yarn, determined to crochet a top to remind myself of the trip. It wasn’t until more than 6 months later that I came up with a motif and subsequently a top using the yarn. Although the motif was lovely and the overall effect of the motifs are very attractive, the yarn was just too thick and the resulting top was a little heavy and bulky. Being very fond of the motif however, I kept coming back to it, so, I decided to remake the top using thinner yarn. I experimented with 4ply cotton (Scheepjes Catona in Saffron ) and some 3ply Lithuanian linen. Here I am sharing my experiments with you!

My favourite and most worn rendition is the Lithuanian linen version in Avocado from Midwinter Yarns.
I have collated all the previous blog posts, pdf patterns and video tutorials that make up the instructions I have recorded for this top. It's currently available for free because despite it being a large body of work, it has not been tested and there is no grading, i.e. there is only one size. I have made the resources available for anyone that is confident enough to know how to work with motifs to get something that will fit them.

I regret, I cannot offer individual help for sizing unless you would like to book some of my time through my Ko-fi account : https://ko-fi.com/mezzamay0498...
I hope you will have a go at making this top and that if you do, you would be kind enough to show me what you've made.
